PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR PRIVACY POLICY has changed effective January, 14th 2015.

Scope

Welcome to www.dbglove.com, part of the dbGLOVE Internet Websites (collectively, the "Website" or "Websites") and Services (collectively, the "Service" or "Services"), which include functionalities (associated with the Website or with other means, such as, Mobile Apps, software plug-ins, etc.) offered by INTACT srl and by its Network.

INTACT srl is the corporation (collectively, "INTACT", "dbGLOVE", "we", "us" or "our") which provides this Privacy Policy ("Policy") statement explaining its online information practices and the way in which your personal information is collected and used. The term "Network" refers to any subjects or companies, including our partner, INTACT srl, and its Network, who have the same rights of INTACT srl in regard to the present document and to the Terms of Service.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through our Websites and Services. We have adopted this Privacy Policy to explain what information may be collected on our Websites and Services, how we use this information, including our successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties.

This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of Service posted on our Website and Services, sets forth the general rules and policies governing your use of our Website and our Services.

This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information for our services on dbGLOVE. It applies generally to the dbGLOVE Website, Services, content and other related Websites and Services where this Policy appears in the footer of the page. Except as explicitly provided herein, this Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that INTACT srl does not own or control, or to people that INTACT srl does not employ or manage. The Policy that applies on any of our domains or subdomains is always the Policy that appears in the footer of each website. Depending on your activities when visiting our Website, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy shall have the meaning set forth in the dbGLOVE Terms of Service, available at http://www.dbglove.com/pages/en/terms-and-conditions-of-service.

This Privacy Policy is effective for new users and is otherwise effective on January, 14th 2015. We generally keep this Privacy Policy posted on our Website and you should review it frequently, as it may change from time to time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy.

By using the dbGLOVE Websites or any of the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. By accepting the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service in registration, you expressly confirm your consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with the practices explained in this Policy, do not access or browse the dbGLOVE Websites, or use the Services.

Information we collect

Our primary purpose in collecting information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience.

You can browse our Website and use our Services to some extent without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Nevertheless, our Website and Services may collect non-personal information (e.g., browsing history).

Once you give us your personal information, you are not anonymous to us. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information according to this Privacy Policy.

Our Website and Services typically collects two kinds of information about you:

Personally Identifiable Information

Our definition of personally identifiable information includes any information that may be used to specifically identify or contact you, such as your name, mail address, phone number, etc.

In certain circumstances, we may request, allow or otherwise provide you an opportunity to submit your personally identifiable information in connection with a feature, program, functionality, promotion or some other aspect of our Website and Services.

We may collect and store the following personal information:

Certain information may not be personally identifiable when standing alone (e.g., your age), but may become so when combined with other information (e.g., your age and name). Whether or not you provide this information is your choice; however, in many instances this type of information is required to participate in the particular activity, realize a benefit we may offer, or gain access to certain content on our Website or use part of our Services.

We may also collect data pertaining to your online transactions, purchase history, application usage patterns and Web site usage patterns by use of a tracking pixel, agent or any other visitor identification technology that collects anonymous data about end users of our Website or Services.

Non-Personal Information

Our definition of non-personal information is any information that does not personally identify you. Non-personal information can include certain personally identifiable information that has been de-identified; that is, information that has been rendered anonymous. We obtain non-personal information about you from information that you provide us, either separately or together with your personally identifiable information.

We also automatically collect certain non-personal information from you when you access our Website or use our Services. This information can include, among other things, IP addresses, the type of browser you are using (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome etc.), the third party website from which your visit originated, the operating system you are using (e.g., Vista, Windows XP, Mac OS, Linux, etc.), the domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., America Online, NetZero, Telecom, etc.), the search terms you use on our Website, the specific web pages you visit, and the duration of your visits.

How we use the information we collect

The information you submit to us is generally used to carry out your requests, respond to your inquiries, better serve you, or in other ways naturally associated with the circumstances in which you provided the information.

Personally Identifiable Information

You agree that we may use your personally identifiable information to:

We may also use this information to later contact you for a variety of reasons, such as customer service, providing you promotional information for our products or those of our parent company, subsidiaries or other affiliated companies ("affiliated companies"), or to communicate with you about content or other information you have posted or shared with us via our Website and Services.

We may also send you e-mails about periodic service or recommended security updates or surveys related to the Services. These periodic e-mails are considered essential to the provision of the Services you have requested. You cannot unsubscribe from these mailings. You may, however, choose not to participate in the surveys.

In addition, certain promotions and features of the dbGLOVE Websites, Software and Services and email correspondence will give the user the ability to opt-in to promotions and special offers to recommend to you for your consideration various products, services, merchandise and upcoming events.

If you do not want to receive such mailings, you may "opt-out" by the means provided for (if any) in the mailings and/or by changing your personal preferences in your account settings.

Non-Personal Information

We use non-personal information in a variety of ways, including to help analyze site traffic, understand customer needs and trends, carry out targeted promotional activities, and to improve our services. We may use your non-personal information by itself or aggregate it with information we have obtained from others.

Some "operational" information is used by the Website and by the Services in order to operate your account properly and provide the Website and the Services. This operational information does not include the personal information that you provide as part of your user profile, but may include, for example, the following: the date on which your profile was last updated, whether your e-mail address has been verified, whether your account has been deactivated, what browser you are using, the IP address of your computer or other networking device, and other similar types of information. Operational information may be shared with third parties to the extent necessary to provide the Services.

We may collect and analyze information about your use of the Website and the Services as aggregated with the use of the Website and the Services by other users ("Aggregate Information"); for example, overall usage patterns of Users, the total number of Users, the percentage of Users who are female, or in a certain age range, or who live in a particular region, etc., or the percentage of Users who are also consumers of various other products and services. The collection and analysis of Aggregate Information is important in the operation and enhancement of the Services and other business purposes. Aggregate Information may be compiled in reports and disclosed, sold, licensed or rented to third parties. However, since Aggregate Information does not include any information that can be used to individually identify you or any other User, it is not possible for the third party recipient of the Aggregate Information to use it to identify or contact you.

Other types of information we collect and use

IP Addresses

An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Internet. Web servers (computers that "serve up" web pages) automatically identify your computer by its IP address. When visitors request pages from our Website, our servers typically log their IP addresses. We collect IP addresses for purposes of system administration, to report non-personal aggregate information to others, and to track the use of our Website.

IP addresses are considered non-personal information and may also be shared as provided above. It is not our practice to link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable; that is, the visitor's session will be logged, but the visitor remains anonymous to us. However, we reserve the right to use IP addresses to identify a visitor when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our Website rules or to:

Cookies, etc.

"Cookies" are small text files from a website that are stored on your hard drive. These text files make using our Website more convenient by, among other things, saving your passwords and preferences for you. Cookies themselves do not typically contain any personally identifiable information. We may analyze the information derived from these cookies and other technological tools we employ (such as clear gifs/web beacons) and match this information with data provided by you or another party. We may provide our analysis and certain non-personal information to third parties (who may in turn use this information to provide advertisements tailored to your interests), but this will not involve disclosing any of your personally identifiable information. Please note that advertisers that serve advertisements on our Website and third-party content providers that serve content on our Website may also use their own cookies and other technological tools which are subject to the advertiser's privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.

If you are concerned about the storage and use of cookies, you may be able to direct your internet browser to notify you and seek approval whenever a cookie is being sent to your hard drive. You may also delete a cookie manually from your hard drive through your internet browser or other programs. Please note, however, that some parts of our Website will not function properly or be available to you if you refuse to accept a cookie or choose to disable the acceptance of cookies.

Email Communications

If you send us an email with questions or comments, we may use your personally identifiable information to respond to your questions or comments, and we may save your questions or comments for future reference. For security reasons, we do not recommend that you send non-public personal information, such as passwords, social security numbers, or bank account information, to us by email. However, aside from our reply to such an email, it is not our standard practice to send you email unless you request a particular service or sign up for a feature that involves email communications, it relates to purchases you have made with us (e.g., product updates, customer support, etc.), we are sending you information about our other products and services, or you consented to being contacted by email for a particular purpose. In certain instances, we may provide you with the option to set your preferences for receiving email communications from us; that is, agree to some communications but not others. You may "opt out" of receiving future commercial email communications from us by following the instructions at the bottom of most emails we send, or as provided below; provided, however, we reserve the right to send you transactional emails such as customer service communications.

Mobile and wireless marketing

We may provide you with the opportunity to register for special promotions, services, and information delivered via text messaging and other wireless devices such as mobile phones and, in the event we do so, users are required to provide their consent to receive such information, either by registering on the Website or via their wireless device. Such services and promotional opportunities are provided by our third party affiliates. The information requested as part of the online registration process may include your telephone number or a wireless email address, but only if specifically requested, and the carrier's name. Additional information may be requested for specific promotions. Depending on the promotion, we may also collect an email address or other contact information, and you may also be required to confirm your agreement to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

If you register for wireless marketing services, you understand and agree that you will be charged by your wireless carrier for all messages sent to you. Standard messaging rates will apply, unless noted otherwise. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any wireless email or text messaging charges incurred by you or by a person that has access to a your wireless device, telephone number, or email address.

You may cancel one or more services via your wireless device at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided by at the time the message is sent, or by sending a text message that says "UNSUBSCRIBE." We will then terminate your registration for the most recent wireless service sent to you. If you unsubscribe, the service(s) will be terminated immediately and will cancel your previous opt-in.

You understand, acknowledge and agree that we may, in our sole discretion and without liability to any user, terminate its offer of any specific wireless marketing service or all wireless marketing services at any time without advance notice. We may provide notice of terminations or changes in services on this Website.

Transfer of Assets

As we continue to develop our business, we may sell or purchase assets. If another entity acquires us or all (or substantially all) of our assets, the personally identifiable information and non-personal information we have about you will be transferred to and used by this acquiring entity, though we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your preferences are followed. Also, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, all such information may be considered an asset of ours and as such may be sold or transferred to third parties.

What you have written may be seen and/or collected by third parties and may be used by others in ways we are unable to control or predict.

Account protection

Your password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters and special characters, and do not disclose your password to anyone. If you do share your password or your personal information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. We may offer chat rooms, blogs, message boards, bulletin boards, comment features or similar public forums where you and other users of our Website can communicate. The protections described in this Privacy Policy do not apply when you provide information (including personal information) in connection with your use of these public forums. We may use personally identifiable and non-personal information about you to identify you with a posting in a public forum.

Any information you share in a public forum is public information and may be seen or collected by anyone, including third parties that do not adhere to our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for events arising from the distribution of any information you choose to publicly post or share through our Website.

Storage and security of your personal information

dbGLOVE uses reasonable precautions to keep user information secure. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Your information is stored on our cloud computing provider's servers located in different parts of the world. We treat data as an asset that must be protected and follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us against unauthorized access and disclosure. We have implemented security measures we consider reasonable and appropriate to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

Please be advised, however, that while we strive to protect your personally identifiable information and privacy, due to the open nature of communication through the Internet, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and are not responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of your personally identifiable information. Similarly, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and Service, and the Service and you, will be free from unauthorized access by third parties. In the unfortunate event that your "personally identifiable information" (as the term or similar terms are defined by any applicable law requiring notice upon a security breach) is compromised, we may notify you by e-mail (at our sole and absolute discretion) to the last e-mail address you have provided us in the most expedient time reasonable under the circumstances; provided, however, delays in notification may occur while we take necessary measures to determine the scope of the breach and restore reasonable integrity to the system as well as for the legitimate needs of law enforcement if notification would impede a criminal investigation.

From time to time we evaluate new technology for protecting information, and when appropriate, we upgrade our information security systems. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private. In general, we cannot guarantee the security of any information disclosed online.

The dbGLOVE Websites and Services regularly interact with third party sites, services and applications. dbGLOVE has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies or actions. If you provide your information to others on our sites or other sites throughout the internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. dbGLOVE does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. We are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by any third party website. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. We encourage you to note when you leave our Website and to carefully read the privacy statements of all third party websites before submitting any personally identifiable information. In general, we strongly suggest that you review such third-party's privacy policies before providing any data to them. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.

Reasonable effort

We will use reasonable efforts to comply with this Policy and will take prompt corrective action when we learn of any failure to comply with this Policy. We sometimes release beta versions of our Products and Services, which are further refined before the release of the final version. Because these products and services are still in a test phase, we may not always catch an unintended privacy issue, despite our efforts to do so. As such, we welcome User feedback on any privacy concerns you may have. In light of the above and because of the complex and constantly changing nature of our technology and business, and the security risks associated with using the Internet, we do not guarantee error-free performance under this Policy.

TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER LAW, dbGLOVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATING TO THIS POLICY, INCLUDING FOR ANY SECURITY BREACH THAT COMPROMISES ANY USER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION AS IT RELATES TO THE WEBSITES, SERVERS, SERVICES, or SOFTWARE of dbGLOVE.
